You haven’t played the game in years? You’ve never played but want to learn? Come and join others in this fun and social class. You’ll learn the basic rules and techniques, make new friends and have a great time. Recreational atmosphere.
Play volleyball regularly and become skilled (ie. experienced with controlled bumps, sets, spikes, serves & blocks). It will help you understand the 4-2, 6-2 and 5-1 plays in a fun & social atmosphere. Play is both recreational & competitive.
Ready to move to the next level? If you have the knowledge and experience of game systems and have consistently controlled skills, then this class is for you. This class will be taught by two experienced and certified instructors who cover advanced offensive and defensive strategies (such as specialized attacks, hard-ball digging, team movement, double and stacked blocks). In addition, players will be introduced to jump training, a.k.a. ploymetrics. Play is both friendly and competitive. Enrollment is limited so reserve your spot today.
